We would like to remind their Excellency the bishops and reverend priests that they must write their will to avoid problems generated on their death with the heirs. This is a binding legal requirement of preserving their possessing and also the funds of the Church. The unwritten oral wills are not legal .
We urge the bishops to write their will and keep a sealed copy in the Patriarchate, as for the priests they should keep it with the parish priest.
